In this 60 minute exploration call, we’ll get to know each other, and talk through your situation. I’ll explain how my coaching process works and answer any questions you may have.

If we’re a good match, we’ll discuss the next steps and set you up for your 1:1 coaching.

Important to know:

  • Sessions are via video call. For those located in Hamburg, Germany, I offer in-person sessions.
  • Coaching packages are a minimum of 3 months to create lasting change. Payment plans are available.
  • Check with your HR department. Your company may pay for coaching or reimburse you.
  • While coaching isn’t covered by insurance, it may be tax deductible.
